NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX – Due to unforeseen circumstances, the youth jerseys for our Saturday giveaway have not yet arrived so we are unable to hand out the jerseys.
Instead, the Brahmas ushers will be handing out vouchers to the first 750 kids ages 12 and under starting at 6:30 p.m. Fans will be able to redeem the voucher for a Brahmas youth jersey once the shipment arrives.
Earlier this week, a delivery truck was involved in an Interstate accident due to the icy conditions that led to a fatality. The aforementioned truck happened to be delivering the Brahmas youth jerseys to the NYTEX Sports Centre and they are currently impounded by the police while authorities investigate the accident.
UPDATE: They have now announced two fatalities.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the families involved in the accident. We will notify our fans when the jerseys arrive hopefully this coming week.
