With their NAHL home schedule starting to wind down, the Brahmas opened a series with the visiting Wichita Falls Wildcats looking to shake off their recent lose on Friday, win on Saturday routine.

With 2:45 to go in the first period and the Wildcats on a gift 5-on-3 they got a shot through from the point tipped in front by former Brahma Todd Koritzinsky (Sam Piazza, Ben Kucera).

The second period was a lot of back and forth play ending with Koritzinsky in the box for two minutes putting the Brahmas on the power play. They were unable to convert in the 21 seconds of man advantage before the horn giving them 1:39 of power play time to start the third with clean ice.

The Wildcats managed to kill off the remaining penalty, but just seconds later Hogan Davidson (Alexey Solovyev, Michael Crowley) pulled Lone Star even on a tip in front. Then at 9:55 Matt Lison (Sebastian Vidmar, Anthony Mousseau) gave the Brahmas their first lead of the night. Nick Farmer put the puck in the net for Wichita Falls at the 15:11 mark off a faceoff in the Brahmas' zone to send the game to overtime.

Piazza scored for Wichita Falls in the fourth round for the only goal of the shootout and the extra point.
