Good Afternoon,
First and foremost thank you very much for signing up and committing to our upcoming Pre-Draft Camp in Chicago. As an organization we are extremely excited to see you perform and begin to build relationships with you and your family. Our organization places a very high emphasis on finding players through our Pre-Draft Camp process.
As we all know the Covid-19 crisis has made the scheduling and planning of the upcoming camps difficult. We have been paying close attention to the situation as it unfolds in the Chicago area. We have made the difficult decision to change the location and dates of the camp. The upcoming Camp will now be held at the Kube Sports Complex in nearby Hammond, Indiana. The complex is approximately 25 minutes away from the original location. The dates for the camp have also changed to June 29th – July 1st. We will be sending out detailed game schedule in the next week. You can plan on arriving for camp on the 28th of June. Check- In for camp will be early in the morning on the 29th. We know that the camp changing dates could have an effect on the ability for your family to attend the camp. We will be reaching out via phone to confirm your attendance. Upon receiving this message if you know for a fact that you can still attend please email our Director and Player Personnel Ryan Anderson at grizzlyranderson@gmail.com to confirm your attendance.
We have also set up a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites for the upcoming camp. The Hampton Inn and Suites is right across from the rink and the address is 2842 Carlson Dr. Hammond IN, 46323. The hotel offers the following amenities.
Free hot breakfast offered daily, allowing your guests to start their day off right without an additional charge.
Free high-speed and Wireless Internet access in the lobby and all guestrooms, allowing your guests to easily stay connected to their customers and family while at our hotel.
Guests have the option to earn Hilton Honors Rewards.
