NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX — The Lone Star Brahmas are pleased to announce that goaltender Harrison Feeney has committed to the University of North Dakota. He will join the Fighting Hawks effective immediately.

A two-year veteran with the Brahmas, Feeney has left an indelible mark on the organization in his tenure with the Lone Star organization.

“We are incredibly proud of Harrison. He has been an exemplary leader on and off the ice for our team and we have no doubt he will continue to excel. We are looking forward to watching his continued success as his career progresses,” Lone Star Brahmas Owner Frank Trazzera said.

In his time with the Brahmas, Feeney played 48 games and put up a .929 save percentage and a 1.73 goals against average. He posted a 23-13-7 record over the course of two seasons.

Off the ice, Feeney was an easily recognizable figure and a fan favorite who always had a friendly word for anyone who wanted to chat.

“It’s been a quick past couple days,” Feeney said. “I’m really excited to get started with North Dakota, but I’m really thankful for everything that the coaches and team did for me here. It’s been a really good experience with the Brahmas and I wish the team nothing but the best. Hopefully we can make a really deep run in the playoffs.”

Feeney will be joining North Dakota this week. The Brahmas organization would like to thank him for his contributions over his past two seasons with the team and wish him absolutely nothing but the best moving forward.
