Dec 2, 2015

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX – On Wednesday, Brahmas defenseman Cam Clarke was named North American Hockey League Defenseman of the Month for the month of November.

In seven games Clarke posted nine points, including four power play assists.  His overall offense production currently places him in a tie for fourth in scoring amongst all defenseman.

“Obviously he’s been putting up a lot of numbers and that’s because he’s been getting shots through from the point and doing a good job of joining the rush,” remarked head coach Dan Wildfong.

Earlier in the month of November Cam signed his National Letter of Intent with Ferris State University, where he will be continuing his academic and hockey career beginning next season.

Brahmas assistant coach Jeff Potter spoke high praises of Clarke as well stating, “I’m a big believer in defensemen that get points these days and he’s done a lot in that area, getting pucks on and making smart plays.”

The Tecumseh, MI native will look to continue his strong performance moving forward as a pivotal part of the Brahmas blue line.
