If you have purchased tickets at our box office during this season using a credit card, please read carefully. We were just informed of a situation from our ticketing company that credit card charges processed at our physical box office inside NYTEX have not been going through. The problem was fixed, and all credit card payments for this season have now been processed.
If you see a charge from the Brahmas appear on your credit card statement, this is from when you purchased tickets at our box office. We sincerely apologize for the confusion this has caused. We have launched an investigation into this situation and will release more information if anything further develops.
Your credit card information and data was not hacked, sold, or stolen, merely left in a state of limbo before finally hitting the bank.
