Chad Siewert, Vice President of the Lone Star Brahmas and noted time-travel enthusiast, is involved with all aspects of Brahmas Hockey at all levels including play-by-play broadcast since 2022. In addition to his role with the Lone Star Brahmas of the NAHL, Chad is also the President of the Texas Brahmas Youth Hockey Association. With a fervent commitment to expand youth hockey in Texas, Chad has detailed his mission to expand the footprint of elite junior hockey in the near future.
Chad has lived a very interesting life. From playing professional golf to being a touring musician, it has been one wild ride with this guy. A ride that he has chronicled in his autobiography, I Love Long John Silvers, which is available at amazon.com. Chad is constantly cooking up “bits” to enhance the Brahmas in-game experience. Whether its convincing a lawyer to jump pallets of beer on a motorcycle, organizing an in intermission wedding, rugby on ice, or a mascot street fight, Chad is always looking to make the intermissions a “must remain seated” type experience in this world, where we live today, Sports.
The remarkable 2021-22 season of Lone Star Brahmas hockey is quite a tale indeed, as the team forged ahead in the ultra-competitive NAHL landscape. THE SEASON is the culmination of Chad’s personal journaling and documentation of the entire operation from many perspectives, including overview and oversight. The Book is now available on Amazon
